Multilingual implementation

WPML or Polylang — we'll tell you which, and why — set up the way the plugin authors intended: a URL per language, correct hreflang, per-language SEO titles and descriptions, menus, forms, search, and WooCommerce if you sell. Each language is translated with AI assistance and then reviewed by a person; anything legal or medical goes to a certified translator at cost. Handover video included, so your team can keep translating without us.

Rescue and migration

You bought WPML two years ago and the site is still in one language. Or the Spanish version exists but Google only indexes the English. Or someone installed a translation widget and nothing it produces can be found. We diagnose it in writing, then fix it for a fixed price — including moving a site from a widget to a real multilingual setup, or between WPML and Polylang without losing the translations you already paid for. Real right-to-left (Hebrew, Arabic) too, which almost nobody offers.

Kvint is a small group of web development professionals. It started with Amit, and this is where that comes from:

I built my first website in 2000 and ran my own studio for twelve years. Then came twelve years at WPML — the most-used multilingual plugin for WordPress — first leading technical support, then as Chief Customer Officer: forty people across the world and around 5,000 customers a month, nearly all of them wrestling with a site in several languages. After that, a year running product operations for a US WordPress company.

I've spoken at WordCamps between 2012 and 2020 — there are eight recorded talks on WordPress.tv — and I've been on WordPress.org as @webifish since 2011. I lived in Madison, Wisconsin, and spoke at the Madison WordPress Meetup twice, both times on multilingual WordPress: in 2018 at 100State and online in 2021. I'm based in Cádiz, Spain now, and I keep US-morning hours for calls.

And I still write code: the apps on the main site I built myself, AI-assisted. That speed is what we're selling.

05Questions

What US clients ask before hiring us

WPML or Polylang?

Both are good; they fail in different ways. WPML is stronger for WooCommerce, translation management and automatic translation with review; Polylang is lighter and cheaper for a simple site with a small team. We'll recommend one in the audit based on your theme, your plugins and who will be translating — and we can move a site from one to the other without losing the translations.

Do you translate the content too?

Yes. Each language is AI-assisted and then reviewed by a person who speaks it — up to around 2,500 words per language is included in the per-language price. Legal, medical or regulated content goes to a certified translator at cost. What we don't do is a Google Translate widget: nothing it produces is indexable, and it is usually what we're replacing.

Can you work white-label for our agency?

Yes, and it's most of what we do. Your name on the work, your client relationship untouched, a day rate or a fixed price agreed up front. If you'd rather hand the client to us entirely, we pay a referral fee instead.

What does the free review actually give me?

A short written note within 2–3 working days on what we found on up to ten pages of your site: whether Google can find each language, the obvious breakage, and what we would do first. It's yours whether or not you hire us. The paid audit is the same thing done thoroughly, on up to 25 pages, and it comes off any work you commission afterwards.
