This page carries the information Spanish and European law requires to be published: who is behind this site (Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE) and what happens to your data when you contact me (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018).

2. Terms of use

Access to this site is free and requires no account. The content is informational: the prices shown are indicative ranges and are not a binding offer until there is a written, accepted quote.

The text, design and code of this site are mine. Link to it freely; copying it wholesale, no.

3. What data I collect, and why

I only process data you give me, through one of the forms or by writing to me directly. There are no user accounts and I do not buy contact lists.

Data processed

Your email address, your website address, and whatever you write in the form. If you book a call, also your name and the slot you chose.

Purpose

To answer your enquiry, to prepare the site check if you asked for one, and — if we end up working together — to manage the engagement and issue invoices.

Lawful basis

Your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For invoicing, compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

If we don't end up working together, I delete the enquiry within twelve months at most. If there is a contract, I keep the records for the tax and commercial periods required by law (up to six years).

4. Who else sees your data

I do not sell or share your data. To run the site I use these providers, acting as data processors:

• Formspree (United States) — receives form submissions and forwards them to me by email.
• Calendly (United States) — handles call bookings.
• Cloudflare (United States / global network) — hosts the site.

These providers sit outside the European Economic Area, so an international data transfer takes place, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies

This site sets no first- or third-party cookies for advertising or tracking, which is why you see no cookie banner. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and no identifiers.

6. Your rights

By writing to hola@kvint.es you can exercise, at any time, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe I have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

I make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data.
