Multilingual website creation

Our specialism, not the whole of what we do. Sites that genuinely work in every language they claim: per-language URLs, correct hreflang, search that works in each one, and a flow your team can maintain without breaking anything. Amit's twelve years at WPML are why we know where this comes apart.

A site you can edit yourself

WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Ghost or Shopify — whichever fits what you actually have to run, not whichever suits us. Custom themes, sensible plugins, and a content model you can edit yourself. No page builder fighting you every time a price changes.

Long-term care

We keep the lights on for sites we built years ago. The build ends; the relationship doesn't. When something breaks two years later, you're not starting over with a stranger.

And yes, this site is bilingual — the switch at the top right. It's the least you should expect from someone claiming to do multilingual websites.

Multilingual websites

Your site says it speaks English and Google only indexes the Spanish one. Translations left half-done since the last update, prices that change with the language, menus that lead somewhere else. We diagnose it and tell you in writing what's wrong and what the fix costs — WPML, Polylang, migrations between the two, and real RTL (Hebrew, Arabic), which almost nobody in Spain offers. The diagnosis comes off the fix if you go ahead.

04Who we are

You can check every word of this yourself

Kvint is a small group of web development professionals. It started with Amit, and this is where that comes from:

I built my first website in 2000 and ran my own studio for twelve years, with clients who paid me to solve their problems, not to show them technology. That part hasn't changed.

Then came twelve years at WPML: first leading technical support, then as Chief Customer Officer — forty people remote across the world and around 5,000 customers a month, nearly all of them wrestling with a site in several languages. Later, product operations for a portfolio of WordPress plugins installed on millions of sites.

I've taught web development and spoken at WordCamps in Sevilla, Málaga, Denmark, Cantabria and Europe between 2012 and 2020. There are eight recorded talks on WordPress.tv, in Spanish and English: the most recent is the dos and don'ts of translating a website (WordCamp Europe 2020), and in English there's also going global with a multilingual site (WordCamp Denmark 2014). Watch one before you write to me — you'll know how I work without having to take this page's word for it.

And I still write code: I built both applications below myself, AI-assisted, while working full time. That speed is what we're selling.

An app where any neighbour raises the alarm, two independent reports confirm it, and then every house's evacuation status appears — with refuges, hydrants and routes on the map. Bilingual from day one, because half that hillside doesn't speak Spanish. The neighbours of La Muela de Vejer use it.

An expenses app that speaks each household member's language

Shared household spending: photograph the receipt and AI fills in the expense. Each person uses it in their own language, with forms, numbers and dates correct in every one, and per-household currency. It's the proof that the multilingual claim isn't just talk.

06Questions

What people ask before hiring us

How much does a website cost?

A landing or one-page site starts at €500; a full business site at €900. Beyond that it depends on scope: a large site — many sections, a shop, integrations, several languages — costs more. What doesn't change is that you get the price fixed in writing before we start. Each additional language adds from €250: up to around 2,500 words, AI-assisted translation with our review, its own URL per language and correct hreflang — not a Google Translate button. If what you need doesn't justify that, we'll tell you.

What does the care plan include?

Two tiers, both with the scope in writing. Essential (from €35/mo): hosting, updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report — no content changes. Active (from €75/mo): all of that plus small changes when you need them, answered within 24 working hours. Also after you've paid.

Whose website is it — mine or yours?

Yours. The domain, the hosting and the site are in your name from day one, and on delivery you get full admin access with a handover video. No lock-in: if you ever leave, you take everything with you.

Do you only build with WordPress?

No. WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Ghost or Shopify — We choose based on what you'll have to run afterwards, not on what's convenient for us. WordPress is where we have the most years, but it isn't the answer to everything.

What makes a multilingual website properly built?

A separate URL per language, correct hreflang tags so Google indexes every version rather than just one, search that works in each language, and a clear flow so your team can update content without breaking the translations. Translating the text is the easy part; the rest is where most projects come apart.

I have WPML and something isn't right. Can you look at it?

Yes — it's the work we do most. Amit's twelve years at WPML mean we usually recognise the problem before we open the dashboard: languages Google won't index, translations left half-done after an update, prices or forms that change with the language, migrations to Polylang that stalled halfway. The diagnosis is €250, delivered in writing with what the fix would cost, and it comes off if you hire us for the fix.

Do you work outside Cádiz?

Yes. In the province of Cádiz we can meet in person if you'd like; everything else we handle remotely, in Spanish or English, and a good share of our work comes from agencies outside Spain.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks for a new site, counting from when we have your content. Rescues and fixes are usually a matter of days. You get a date before we start, and a warning the moment anything puts it at risk.
